What we’ll do in 6 weeks

Over 6 weeks, we’ll work together to finish one release‑ready song in Logic Pro.

  • Standardize your Logic session so it feels familiar and predictable every time you open it
  • Clean up your recordings and arrangement so the song actually works from start to finish
  • Build and refine a full mix using a simple, repeatable workflow instead of guessing
  • Prepare your final track for release so it’s ready for streaming platforms or sharing with your world

You’re not doing this alone. Each week, you’ll get clear next steps, live guidance, and focused feedback on your actual project so you always know what to do next.

What’s included in the program

When you join Finish Your Track in Logic Pro, you get:

  • 6 live group coaching calls (90 minutes each)
    Weekly Zoom calls where we walk through each stage of finishing your track in Logic Pro: setup, recording, arranging, mixing, and final polish. Includes teaching, Q&A, and hot seats.

  • Structured feedback on one main song
    Throughout the 6 weeks, you’ll get feedback on your actual project: recording choices, arrangement, and mix. You’re not just learning in theory; you’re improving a real track.

  • Access to Logic Pro: The Musician’s Guide
    We’ll use my full course as the curriculum backbone. Between calls, I’ll point you to specific lessons to watch so you always know exactly what to focus on.

  • Private group space for questions and accountability
    A private online space for sharing works‑in‑progress, asking questions, and getting support between calls. I’ll check in a few times each week.

  • Call replays
    All calls are recorded, so if you can’t make a session live, you can catch up on your own time.

  • Release‑ready checklist
    A simple checklist you can use at the end of the program (and on future tracks) to make sure your mixes are ready for Spotify, Apple Music, and other platforms.

Cohort Schedule

  • Start Date: Thursday July 30, 2026
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Live call time: Thursdays, 10:00am–11:30am Pacific Time (replays available, and submit your questions ahead of time if you can’t make it live)

How the 6 weeks are structured

Week 1 – Setup & Song Choice

  • Choose the one track you’ll finish in the program
  • Standardize your Logic template so you’re not fighting your DAW
  • Leave week 1 with a clean session and clear plan

Week 2 – Recording Foundations

  • Capture or clean up your core parts: vocals and main instruments
  • Focus on getting solid, usable recordings in your home setup
  • Get guidance on what to fix and what’s “good enough” to move forward

Week 3 – Arranging & Editing

  • Tighten your performances and structure the song
  • Turn loops and ideas into a complete arrangement
  • Leave with a track that feels like a song, not a sketch

Week 4 – Mixing: Balance & Tone

  • Build your first full mix in Logic Pro
  • Use levels, panning, EQ, and compression in a simple, repeatable way
  • See real examples so you’re not guessing where to start

Week 5 – Mixing: Space & Polish

  • Add depth and life with reverb, delay, and automation
  • Refine your mix based on feedback from the group and from me
  • Get your song to the “this actually sounds like a record” stage

Week 6 – Final Mix & Release Prep

  • Apply a straightforward mastering approach inside Logic
  • Export your track correctly for streaming and sharing
  • Celebrate before/after examples and leave with one release‑ready song

Finish Your Track in Logic Pro is $1,297.

For less than the cost of:

  • Hiring a professional studio to record and mix one song, or
  • Enrolling in a recording school program you might never finish

You’ll get 6 weeks of focused guidance, feedback on your actual track, and a workflow you can reuse on every song you make in Logic Pro.

Who this is not for

This program is probably not a good fit if:

  • You want advanced engineering tricks, complex routing, or niche workflows
  • You’re looking for a big, theory heavy course rather than a practical, project focused container
  • You expect someone else to fix or mix your song for you

Meet Your Guide: Georges Couling

I'm a producer, composer, keyboardist, and educator based in Vancouver, BC — and I've been working in home studios for most of my adult life.

I hold a Bachelor of Applied Music from Vancouver Community College and a Master of Education from Simon Fraser University. I'm a faculty member at VCC where I teach recording, production, and electronic music. I've produced a Juno Award winning artist, had a track spend 10 weeks in the top 10 on CBC's Radio 3 Chart, and composed music for feature films and television. My band Camaro 67 is a nine-piece afro-funk group that we track live in my home studio — the same workflow we'll use in this program is the one I use every time we record.

I started the Knuckleduster Music YouTube channel in 2020 when the pandemic shut down live venues. What began as tutorials on home studio live streaming grew into a full Logic Pro tutorial library and a community of over 10,000 musicians. The most consistent thing people tell me about those videos is that I explain things clearly, don't skip steps, and never make them feel like they should already know something they don't.

That's exactly how I run this program. Six students per cohort means I can hear what each person is actually struggling with and give feedback that's specific to their session, their song, and where they're getting stuck — not generic advice that may or may not apply.
